JOB OVERVIEW
About the Role
• We are seeking a skilled DevOps/CloudOps Engineer with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and system reliability practices. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the availability, performance, and scalability of our systems and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available systems on AWS.
• Implement and manage service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure system reliability.
• Improve observability through effective logging, metrics collection, and tracing.
• Establish and refine incident management processes aligned with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, NIST).
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive system improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations and help ensure quick incident resolution.

Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of experience DevOps/CloudOps
• Good in English and good communicate with client
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), CI/CD
• Familiarity with key reliability concepts such as SLA, SLO, and observability.
• Strong understanding of high availability architecture, system redundancy, and incident response frameworks (e.g., ITIL, NIST).
• Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have
• Experience in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• AWS or ITIL certifications are a plus.
