Devops Engineer

TECH QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Proven experience in a DevOps role
• Experience in scaling enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, ECR, and ECS
• Proficient in using GitLab for CI/CD and familiar with its CLI
• Experienced with Docker and container orchestration
• Ability to monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, analysing and troubleshooting issues using tools like CloudWatch
• Knowledge of Typescript/nodeJS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Self-motivated and passionate about technology and continuous improvement

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Understanding of cloud networking and security best practices
• SecOps experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Excellent English: Spoken and written.
• Skilled at solving abstract problems.
• Critical thinking: You need to think outside the box.
• Self-motivated and passionate about your work and self-improvement.
