Responsibilities:
1.Product Development and Strategy:
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement deposit product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure cohesive collaboration with internal teams on product specifications, features, and pricing.
2.Product Launch and Implementation:
- Lead the team in the end-to-end product launch process for various deposit products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for a seamless market introduction.
- Execute go-to-market strategies, including marketing plans and internal training programs.
3.Product Campaigns and Customer Acquisition:
- Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract deposits from SMEs and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our deposit products for businesses.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
4.IT Integration and Systems Management:
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of deposit products into digital platforms and systems.
- Provide technical expertise in defining product specifications, features, and requirements.
- Work closely with IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deposit products.
5.Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the development, launch, and ongoing management of deposit products.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market for new deposit products.
- Collaborate with process improvement teams to implement best practices in product development and management.
6.Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee the operational aspects of deposit products to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies related to deposit products.
- Work closely with operations teams to address and resolve any operational challenges or bottlenecks.
7.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for deposit products.
- Analyze product performance, gathering insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Implement optimization strategies to achieve financial targets.
8.Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting deposit products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and collaborate on documentation with legal and compliance teams.
9.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with technology, sales and marketing as well as other product teams to integrate deposit products into digital platforms and bring the product to customers.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to mitigate potential risks associated with deposit products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years proven experience in deposit product management within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to deposit products.
- Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
- Willingness to adapt to Agile way of work and dynamic circumstances.
