About the role

The Data Engineer (Intern) - Cloud HM position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of data engineering. As a part of Information Technology Services team, you will work closely with experienced data engineers and contribute to the development and implementation of our cloud-based data infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to design and develop efficient and scalable data systems in the cloud
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows
• Contribute to the integration of various data sources and systems
• Support the development of data models and database designs
• Participate in the testing and debugging of data systems to ensure their reliability and performance

Qualifications

• A strong interest in data engineering and cloud technologies
• Pursuing or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
