JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a seasoned Level 3 AMS Consultant with deep expertise across modern data integration and analytics platforms. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancement of enterprise data solutions built on IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services), Power BI, SAP BODS, SAP BW, Wherescape, DBT, and Google BigQuery.
• You will serve as a technical escalation point and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, scalability, and business continuity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the technical lead for escalated AMS support across supported platforms
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting layers
• Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of BigQuery queries and storage
• Maintain and enhance IICS workflows, SAP BODS jobs, and BW extractors
• Troubleshoot and improve Wherescape and DBT orchestration logic
• Support Power BI dashboards and DAX queries for business-critical reporting
• Collaborate with developers and architects to deploy fixes, upgrades, and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, data governance, and security standards
• Document root cause analyses, architecture decisions, and support procedures
• Mentor junior AMS engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics support roles.
• Willing to work from 4PM to midnight (Vietnam time)
Strong hands-on experience with (One to Three of the list below)
• IICS (mapping, task flows, parameterization)
• SAP BODS (ETL design, job optimization)
• SAP BW (data extraction, modeling, and reporting)
• Power BI (DAX, Power Query, gateway configuration)
• Wherescape RED or 3D (automation, metadata-driven development)
• DBT (modeling, testing, documentation)

• BigQuery (SQL, partitioning, clustering, cost optimization)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in AMS or application support roles
• 2+ years in Level 3 capacity
• Salary range: $1500 - $2000
