JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a skilled AMS Consultant and Support with expertise in Data Analytics Engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing data analytics solutions within AMS engagements. You will support mission-critical applications, ensure data reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics pipelines and insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Level 2/3 support for GCP-based data analytics applications and pipelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer workflows
• Maintain and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP-native tools
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across analytics platforms
• Collaborate with business users and data teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes within AMS frameworks
• Document support procedures, known issues, and data architecture
• Participate in AMS phases: Transition, Stabilization, Operations, and Closure

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics support roles.
• Willing to work from midnight to 8 AM, at least twice a week.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub
• Familiarity with Cloud Composer, Looker, or Data Studio
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of ITIL practices and experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira (optional)
• 2+ years of experience in AMS or application support roles (optional)
