Data Analyst

ความรับผิดชอบ

• Use an extensive amount of excel formulas and automation, matching data from various sources, to solve problems and discover insights from customer data
• Use form builder tools to collect data, and create automated workflows for marketing and business purposes
• Designing business intelligence/customer data reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with top management
• Solve key business problems through appropriate mix of strategic thinking and computational methods
• Perform lots of ad-hoc business analysis to drill down on certain business challenges, providing actionable data-driven insights
• Co-manage, support acquisition of, and extract insights from customer data
• Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Management, or any related field
• Multiple years of experience in business or marketing analytics field (any experience in a startup is a plus)
• Solid analytical skills, with strong attention to details and high level of concentration
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python and/or R
• Experienced in automation and building dashboards on reporting tool, such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Curiosity, creative research skills, and ability to identify data patterns
• Love of finding hacks and workarounds, using logic and creative use of very limited resources
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure
