Architect overall technology landscape across CX, media, data analytics and marketing activation to drive new growth through full funnel customer experience.
Business Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized or enterprise solutions.
Prepare and develop proposals / pitching for client opportunities.
Prepare and present solution demo where required.
Customer Success
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Work with clients to ensure customer success of the solutions we design for them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or requisite agency or consultancy experiences.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consultative solution consulting and/or presales in a services business, technology provider, product platform provider, system integrator, consulting firm or agency.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Experience, Commerce, Data and Analytics, and Digital/Performance marketing industry; Solutions includes SaaS, CDP, DXP, CRM, CRO, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Experience in marketing technology like Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience, Salesforce Core, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Clevertap, Treasure Data CDP, Segment CDP, Braze, Mobile Measurement Platforms etc.
Excellence in written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
