Job Description

• Able to identify and solve any related customer issues
• Monitor and handle any problems related to loan products
• Coordinate and support other teams internally on related ops issues, e.g. customer service

Requirements

• Basic Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's Degree in any field (GPAX over 2.5)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal: Thai)
• A Team player/ work well in team
• Being able to communicate in English will be an advantage
• Able to work a shift and on weekends, Able to work flexible hours
