    Customer Success Partner (Sales Support)

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    • Ensure Sales Reps are supported using the standard channels and build long-term trusting relationships with the customers to ensure they realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
    • Ensure internal alignment on customer’s goals and market strategies. Partner with the cross-functionals Maersk teams to develop and execute omni channel digital marketing strategies that maximize the value for customers.
    • Continually assess customer progress toward stated goals and drive expected results in the areas of adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship.
    • As a customer advocate, ensure customer needs are met and account issues are solved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed.
    • Manage the allocation process and coordinate with the customers to ensure they deliver on the commitment.
    • Manage the tender handling process and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and competitive offer is submitted to the customers.
    • Coordinating the LnS quoting and contracting process with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Timely contract renewals & contract management.
    • Effectively manage your time and priorities to balance sales and customer service activities.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 1.5 – 3 years’ proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role (logistic industry is a must).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Analytical mindset and the ability to work with data.
    • Familiarity with customer success software and CRM tools.
    • Understanding of the company's industry and products/services.
    • Customer-focused and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
    • Language proficiency in Thais (for customer communication) and English (for internal communication)
