Position Details
  • Liaise between guests and partners to resolve low-complexity issues via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging—covering travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints.

  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right tools, methods, and processes.

  • Escalate serious or inconsistent cases immediately.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure a positive guest experience, and proactively update service knowledge and information.
