    CRM & Commercial Data Analyst

    Position Details

    Job Description

    • Own, implement and manage the Lead Management Process at Sales Company level.
    • Execute customer segmentation together with sales managers.
    • Applying tools and guidelines provided centrally to identify the key opportunities in the market.
    • OneCRM local business owner and superuser.
    • Support organization in fostering correct and consistent use of OneCRM.
    • Ensure data quality and consistency.
    • Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements.
    • Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases.
    • Supporting the development of global dashboards.
    • Responsibility for mapping and fulfilling data-analysis and dashboards needs.
    • Provide actionable insights to sales managers to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth.
    • Track and report key commercial KPIs, such as lead conversion rates, customer churn, and sales performance metrics.
    • Ensure customer data compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).


    What You Know

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within marketing, e-commerce, or financial services.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive analytics.
    • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies.
