Handle departmental inventory management, supplies & services procurement, and other administrative support tasks.
Manage shared mailbox, run departmental report, and case distribution to relevant team in timely manner.
Support team checking complete documents received from customers or other business units.
Perform business form and consent enrollment.
Lead end-to-end letter and direct debit process.
Proceed income calculation process.
Handle retrieval of original documents from warehouse.
Manage data/document storage and destruction according to Personal Data Protection Act.
Handle back-office job assignments.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an Admin assistant and familiar with office management and technologies.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Natural, high-energy standout colleague who collaborates well and has the capability to interact effectively at all levels of a matrix organization and within a fast-paced work environment as well as multitask and prioritize on a regular basis.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal mentorship and to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Good at self-discipline, able to work efficient to timeline and handle the multiple tasks.
Good communication in English.
