In the role of Communications Specialist, you are responsible for distributing company’s communication, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity across all internal and external channels and developing employer branding initiatives to foster the company’s image as an employer of choice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications
- Create, revise, distribute internal contents such as announcements, newsletters, poster, banner, video, etc. to ensure the company’s updates are consistently communicated to employees, ensuring relevance, creativity, and consistency in tone, message, and visuals.
- Manage HR information boards, produce internal magazine that feature significant initiatives & programs
- Drive standardization in internal communications, including guidelines and formats, to reinforce brand identity and company culture
Employer Branding, External Communications
- Write, plan, and deliver content (text, photos, videos...) on social media and public media channels to enhance the company’s image and brand.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, lead university engagement initiatives such as Workshop and other activities to strengthen brand presence, foster strong relationships and attract young talent.
- Manage the design, production, purchase order, payment, inventory, distribution and store management of EB merchandise and gifts.
Employee Engagement & other HR support
- Partner and contribute to internal initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
- Lead the coordination and execution of global employee surveys, including communication, response rate encouragement to follow-up actions.
- Monitor and track the company’s improvement initiatives, ensuring progress is communicated effectively.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in English Languages, Communications, PR, HR, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, EB, HR, or related experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps, Design tools and basic video making skills are a plus.
Proactive, resilient, adaptable, have a growth mindset for continuous improvement.
Creative, result-oriented and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Have passion for communications, branding, and creating positive employee experiences.
