Cluster Accounting Manager

Location: The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan, Bangkok

Reports to: General Manager / Owner

Job Summary:

The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead and manage the financial operations of our boutique lifestyle hotel group. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned accounting professional with strong experience in hospitality finance, Excel expertise, TRCloud accounting system, and bilingual reporting (Thai & English) in compliance with international hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting activities for hotel company.

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in both Thai and English.

• Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across all entities.

• Consolidate financial data and prepare reports for senior management and ownership.

• Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions, statutory filings, and audit coordination.

• Utilize and manage TRCloud accounting software to record, track, and analyze financial data efficiently.

• Implement internal controls and financial processes to align with international hospitality accounting standards.

• Collaborate with operational teams to support business decisions with accurate financial insights.

• Maintain and supervise general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and asset registers.

• Apply advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, dashboards) to generate custom financial models and reports.

• Lead and develop accounting staff and liaise with external accountants and auditors.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry (international hotel experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and hotel financial operations.

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience using TRCloud or similar cloud-based accounting software.

• Expert in Microsoft Excel with ability to build dynamic reports and financial models.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of presenting complex financial data clearly.

• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
