Chuyên viên vận hành hệ thống Microsoft Exchange Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Exchange Hybrid System Administrator to manage and maintain our email infrastructure in a hybrid environment (on-premises and Microsoft 365). This role is critical to ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s email and MS365 applications. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Operate and manage Microsoft Exchange systems (on-premises & Microsoft 365 cloud) 

• Install, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Exchange hybrid environment 

• Monitor performance, logs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime 

• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File services, and other essential infrastructure components 

• Operate physical and virtualized server systems (HyperV and VMWare) to ensure stability and resource allocation 

• Provide user support for AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Exchange-related issues beyond Helpdesk scope 

• Implement and improve email security policies, ensure compliance with internal and customer data security standards 

• Perform regular system backups and verify disaster recovery capabilities 

• Develop and simulate disaster recovery and business continuity scenarios 

• Perform other duties as assigned by management 

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or bachelor degree in IT 

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Microsoft Exchange hybrid or on-premises systems 

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and email protocols 

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Cloud platforms, especially Azure and Azure DevOps 

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) 

• Good English communication skills
