Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies and plans for the distribution channel, aligned with the company's direction, market research, feedback, and best practices.
• Create and distribute communication content and for our distribution channel partners, such as presentations, videos, webinars, and social media posts, newsletters, brochures. etc.
• Conduct communication and training sessions for distributors, either online or offline, to enhance their knowledge, skills, and motivation.
• Lead or coordinate with distribution teams to drive sales targets and achieve business objectives, such as customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of communication and engagement activities and initiatives, and report on the results and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in communication and engagement, and apply them to the distribution channel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in communication and engagement, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
• Strong presentation, story-telling and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate distribution channel partners.
• Good understanding of life insurance products and services, or the willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributors, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Creative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other communication tools and platforms.
• Willingness to travel to train or meet with distribution channel partners as needed.
