Channel & Category Development Manager/Assistant Manager (Trade Marketing)

1. Drive the development and implementation of trade category plan for total channels

• Participate in developing and deploying category trade plans aligned with brand and channel needs.

• Localize growth plans across regions and sales channels.

• Ensure activation readiness by preparing tools and materials.

• Conduct deep dives into performance metrics to identify growth drivers.

• Align category initiatives with in-store execution plans.

2. S&OP (Commercial Planning)

• Participate in MBP and 12Q planning cycles.

• Support demand forecast review and data alignment.

• Monitor execution progress against category KPIs.

• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely input submission.

3. Shopper Centricity & Omni-Channel 360

• Integrate Category, Channel, Customer, and Competitor insights into commercial activation strategies.

• Co-create winning in-store execution plans.

• Drive alignment between brand and channel communication plans.

• Ensure flawless 360° campaign delivery across touchpoints.

4. Revenue Growth Management

• Define and implement Price Pack Architecture (PPA) jointly with Brand.

• Ensure pricing strategies deliver both competitiveness and profitability.

• Evaluate trade investment ROI and optimize allocations across channels and brands.

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

YÊU CẦU

• Experience: At least 02 years working experience in relevant position for FMCG industry (experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Category Management experience a plus.
