CEO Assistant

• Prepare materials, agendas, take minutes, and summarize outcomes for meetings chaired by the CEO.

• Communicate the CEO's directives and announcements to all departments/divisions and monitor their implementation.

• Conduct research, collect, analyze, synthesize, and report on information and data to support the CEO's executive functions.

• Participate in the development and execution of projects and programs as directed by the CEO.

• Assist the CEO in external relations, including working with partners and clients as assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA or a degree from an overseas university is a plus..

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business, market research, business development, or as an assistant to the Board of Management in large enterprises.

Thinking & Skills

• Strong skills in researching, synthesizing, analyzing, and processing market and product data.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in applying digital tools (e.g., AI, business analysis platforms).

• Professional fluency in English for business communication (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to monitor project progress.

• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
