Business Planning Manager

BRING IT:

• Lead the development of business cases for technology initiatives for KFC Thailand.
• Cross functional team member supporting the execution of key strategic technology projects.
• Financial analysis of IT investment, human, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Undertake other special project work and financial analysis as required by the associate director – business planning
• Preparation of financial modelling, providing insights into ROI as well as forecasting the impact of future revenue growth from strategic initiatives.
• Provides analysis and decision support to the franchise community including the Tech Working Group.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Tertiary qualification at degree level essential, with major in business finance, financial accounting, financial analysis or economics preferred. Post graduate MBA highly regarded.
• Minimum 10 years’ overall experience with emphasis on commercial planning and analysis, performance evaluation, forecasting specifically involved with statistical analysis of financial data
• QSR industry background will be advantageous
• Experience working in a cross functional team and building relationships and leading projects with ability to forge strong alliances with cross functional stakeholders
• Proven analytical skill, provide insight driven commentary and ability to bring the tasks to a timely conclusion and to prepare concise reports utilising action recommendation and full justification.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills; able to make senior management presentations as well as presentations to franchisees/business partners.
• Able to review high volume information output for accuracy and plausibility, detecting and reconciling anomalies quickly.
• Strong commercial experience with multi-unit retail industry preferred.
