Partner with the CIO to develop, implement, and manage strategic investment initiatives.
Assist the CIO in preparing investment reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects across the investment division.
Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure key deliverables are met.
Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership.
Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the CIO’s office, ensuring efficient processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, reports, and briefings.
Manage the CIO’s schedule, ensuring all key business priorities are addressed effectively.
Serve as a liaison between the CIO and the investment team, ensuring consistent communication.
Manage relationships with external partners, including investment banks, portfolio managers, and clients.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the CIO.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management, consulting, or business management roles, preferably within a financial services or asset management firm.
Proven experience managing in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Demonstrated leadership ability with a proactive, results-driven approach.
