Job Descriptions:

• Partner with the CIO to develop, implement, and manage strategic investment initiatives.
• Assist the CIO in preparing investment reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects across the investment division.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure key deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership.
• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the CIO’s office, ensuring efficient processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, reports, and briefings.
• Manage the CIO’s schedule, ensuring all key business priorities are addressed effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between the CIO and the investment team, ensuring consistent communication.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including investment banks, portfolio managers, and clients.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the CIO.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management, consulting, or business management roles, preferably within a financial services or asset management firm.
• Proven experience managing in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a proactive, results-driven approach.
