Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and evaluating potential investment opportunities for Mitr Phol Group’s core business.
• Gathering and analyzing industry information, technical, financial, macro/ microeconomic assumptions and other related information to assess investment proposals.
• Conducting thorough feasibility study, financial model and valuation analysis of the potential investment.
• Negotiating deal structure, contracts, and partnerships with potential partners.
• Providing advice and supporting business; as well as follow up on the progress of investment projects to ensure business goals are met.
• Align strategic targets and annual plan through business performance monitoring.
• Team management and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or finance. MBA is mandatory.
• At least 10+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of technical and BD roles in large organizations.
• Direct experience in manufacturing or food & beverage category is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and financial sense.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong English proficiency.
