Business Controller (VN-MY-SG)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of WS Strategy.
• Budgeting and Forecasting for warehousing operations.
• Site Controlling to ensure efficient financial management at each warehouse.
• Financial Analysis including variance commenting for informed decision-making.
• Receivable review focusing on Overdue and Disputes & maintain healthy cashflow.
• Preparation of Monthly Review Deck to present financial performance and insights.
• Monthly Closing & Accrual Review to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support for financial statements, group consolidation & audit queries.
• Review of Accounts to assess any impact on P&L and ensure proper accrual accounting through shared services.
• Allocations Review to ensure accurate distribution of costs.
• Handling Master Data Change Request to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Preparation of Ad-hoc reports & analysis to address specific financial queries.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken in Thai and English.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Qlik Sense preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet objectives with minimal supervision.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management would be a plus.
