Job Scope:

• Deliver data solutions to bank-wide business units, ensuring high data quality and efficiency in service delivery.
• Gather and translate business requirements for analysis, design, and data mapping, facilitating the delivery of data reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Execute project plans and timelines diligently to ensure the timely delivery of quality data solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Recommend and contribute to the design of a standard data catalog and business glossary process to streamline analytics and maintain a single version of truth across the organization.
• Play a key role in managing data quality within the assigned area, adhering to bank policies and standards to uphold data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with team members to execute data solutions effectively and contribute to achieving team goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Any related
• At least 4 years experience of Business Analyst role
• Past experiences of MIS or producing reports using BI tools such as Tableu, Qlikview, Power BI can also be considered
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong Excel, BI tools with strong SQL with knowledge of R, Python is a plus
