Coordinating with cross-multi functional team members, mainly in Thailand and Regional/Global team in gathering the requirements, identify business or technical gaps and work with external parties on change management.
Regularly update local project team members on the progress of change requests, issues, troubleshooting on as-is applications to work on assigned tasks and be able to resolve business concerns on data or system.
Responsible for documentation of the project in form or email, word, excel or power point to ensure system logic is captured and identify technical issues which need to be resolved. Example document such as below (but not limited to);
Business requirements/Functional documents/Flow chart
Use case / User story
SIT and UAT Test Script, including test data prep
Testing Status Update
Issue/Defect/CR Tracking
User Guide/Manual
Review technical design documents to identify changes which may impact as-is business process, including work with application owner to enhance features as per change impacted.
Review, plan, user stories, test cases, prepare test data, and execute SIT/UAT Testing on system End-to-End and report issue/bug through tool provided such as Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops or JIRA equivalent.
Developer process e.g. SOP for data review, cleaning and migration from database change or additional data processing logic, which impact data.
Support and Manage change management process, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT, Sanity testing and hyper-care support (which may happen out of working hour)
Managing backlog of issues, change request, including troubleshooting, re-testing and escalation to ensure issue is resolved timely.

What You Will Bring
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields with IT Project experience on CRM.
3-5 years of work experience in software development life cycle / IT project delivery / Application Testing & Support.
Has experience working as Business Analyst or Functional consultant or System Analyst at least 2 years.
Experience in end-to-end Client Journey, consumer’s data, and Retail industry are preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill and be able to understand and commute both technical and business languages.
Be agile, around issues and opportunities – get thing done with necessary details & quality, be adaptive and good in building relationship with business users.
Strong Problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to understand complex business and systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good command in English (Reading and Writing are a must) and Thai.
