• Product discovery and ideation:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Generate innovative product concepts and solutions that address identified needs and market opportunities
• Gather and analyze customer feedback through various channels to understand their needs and pain points
• Evaluate ideas from cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Planning:
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company goals and objectives
• Prioritize features and requests based on market demand, user needs, and business objectives
• Formulate a commercial excellence plan that optimizes product value and maximizes return on investment
• Conduct financial and budget analysis to ensure resource allocation and project viability
• Execution:
• Communicate clear directions with involved parties. Foster alignment among team members to guarantee consistent progress towards key milestones.
• Facilitate development team and operation team for smooth execution
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot to ensure the realization of business plans
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and user satisfaction
• Develop reports, dashboards, analysis, and automate processes using tools such as SQL, Excel, and in-house tools
• Create comprehensive support and training documents for both internal and external users
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and revise the plan
• Evaluation and iteration:
• Track product performance, identify potential opportunities and issues. Revise plans for product improvements
• Report new product and feature performance, lessons learned and insights
• Communication and Support:
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the manager or reporting line
• Provide information, analysis and directions to involved parties when needed
• Manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
