Collaborate with existing partners to expand the scope of cooperation, driving mutual business growth.
Identify and pursue potential clients for new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
Work with cross-functional teams, including product design, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing product lines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, gathering feedback to refine products and services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a robust network of contacts and possess comprehensive knowledge of the retail environment.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, complemented by leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Adaptability to evolving market conditions and a dynamic business environment.
Proficiency in both English and Thai is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is regarded as beneficial.
