    Assistant Manager Business Development

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with existing partners to expand the scope of cooperation, driving mutual business growth.
    • Identify and pursue potential clients for new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including product design, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing product lines.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, gathering feedback to refine products and services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
    • Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered advantageous.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain a robust network of contacts and possess comprehensive knowledge of the retail environment.
    • Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, complemented by leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
    • Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
    • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and a dynamic business environment.
    • Proficiency in both English and Thai is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is regarded as beneficial.
