Assistant Logistics Manager
Job Responsibility
• Set up logistics operation in Cambodia include inbound and outbound or another logistics process to make sure is perform with best practices and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with NAB Cambodia warehouse project team to design warehouse matching with NAB supply chain requirement.
• Design storage area in Cambodia warehouse for lean and effective.
• Manage transport fleet in Cambodia include own fleet and outsource fleet to perform operation effectiveness.
• Plan and perform overall NAB finished goods replenishment to warehouse and outgoing warehouse to customer, ensuring the logistics process is effectiveness.
• Organize daily operations including receiving, warehousing, product inbound and product outbound, scheduling proper retrieval, replenishment, and order filling of finished goods within an organization involving in Cambodia.
• Perform NAB finished goods allocation in consideration of the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiencies of the movement and storage for Cambodia market.
• Manage and monitor FEFO and freshness of inventory.
• Oversee and maintain NAB products warehousing and distribution operations in Cambodia to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines and in accordance with quality, safety, inventory control and customer satisfaction guidelines by improving, coordinating, enforcing program, and operational procedures.
• Manage various warehouse reports and records and submit to Manager for maintaining to ensure all warehouse and logistics performance metrics are met and/or exceeded for customer order fulfillment.
• Notify Manager of any inventory shortages.
• Set up warehouse and logistics operation in Cambodia form settled to go live to make sure it effective.
• Lead and develop operation staff in Cambodia to increase productivity and perform in best practice.
• Investigate, communicate issues with root cause regarding processes or safety procedures as well as the impacts occurring to Manager and all concerned parties, and recommend solutions for those issues.
• Effectively communicate info and collaborate with management, staff team, other planning teams, manufacturing, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery and receiving of all subcontract work materials and products.
• Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures and equipment; arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
• Attend to various audits and its requirement towards closure.
• Collaborate with another team and other functions to implement NAB supply chain project and change management.
• Implement departmental objectives/KPIs, monitor ongoing performance of operation team and analyze opportunities for improvement within warehouse management function to make sure operation is on best practice and achieve KPIs with high service level.
• Contribute to set a clear and consistent safety culture in the workplace to establish procedures and values for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Manage operation for NAB in Cambodia compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions, including periodic reviews and updates to handle warehouse process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop systems and utilize Supply Chain Management tools and metrics to maintain proper warehouse management.
• Proactively provide inputs/ideas on continuous operational process improvement plan to develop warehouse team to maximize productivity and work efficiency, meet agreed objectives, ensure work completion and consistent with the company's standards and deliver best practice results.
• Manage continuous operational process improvement identification and plan to implement.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Qualification, Master’s degree in Logistic Management/Business Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field, preferable from FMCG environment
• Working knowledge in warehousing, inventory management
• Minimum 5 years for management
