To be responsible for all Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Credit Committee, Management Committee meetings.
To provide advisory and recommendation to Board members and Committee ensuring to comply with applicable rules and regulations.
To arrange, prepare, coordinate regarding to all matters for Shareholder’s meetings, shareholder’s registration, taking minutes and submitting to SEC, SET, and relevant parties.
To prepare annual report and financial statements, financial reports and Management discussion and analysis (MD&A).
To maintain up-to-date information for investors and stock price movements
To support all department as per requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration, or any related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in company secretary & investor relations from banking, financial services, or listed company.
Knowledge of Listed Company and SEC & SET rules and regulations
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Strong organizational, interpersonal & communication skills, Detail-oriented and Customer centric
