What you will do:

• Work on projects whose objective is to improve overall radio network performance.
• In a team environment , analyse the data collected from drive testing and system counters to make suggestions for performance improvement of the radio network.
• Perform audits of the radio network to baseline performance as a basis for any improvements that can be made.
• Understand customer requirements and together with the team develop the plans for performance improvement of the radio network.
• Whilst working on projects, where possible identify and propose add on sales opportunities for our design or optimization services
• As part of a team, support presales engagements where required to define design and optimisation proposals toward our customers.
• Encourage the development and implementation of analytic intelligence, data usage, and new analytic tools and frameworks where possible whilst working on projects.
