Define, implement and execute affiliate growth projects for the Shopee’s KOL Affiliates
Conduct deep-dive analysis and understanding of the KOL landscape, performance trend, set targets and plan effective solutions and strategies for program growth
Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
Utilize various data pools and metrics in daily operations to create dashboard and provide insights and performance reporting of projects to facilitate decision making
Responsible for monitoring and driving project KPIs to targets
Responsible for affiliate product testing, roll-out, and reporting on adoption and improvements
Proactively explore efficiencies in operational workflows to optimize project operations
Coordinate and roll-out project with key stakeholders, not limited to KOL Core Team, KOL Lead KAM, KOL KAM, and cross-team stakeholders
Interface with the regional affiliate team on a regional initiative roll-out
Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of work experience, a plus if worked in project management role prior
Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, see through implementation of the initiative, as well as assess initiative effectiveness
Solid knowledge and understanding of affiliate program and product management is a plus
Excellence in using Microsoft Office Excel / Google Sheet
Have creative thinking with strong analytical skills and problem-solving
