Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative work of the office, providing timely and effective administrative service support to the business unit;
2. Liaison and reception of relevant external departments, internal reception of visitors, answering enquiries and providing information;
3. New office decoration, organisation and arrangement of company collective activities, etc;
4. Responsible for daily administrative work related to procurement.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in Mandarin and Thai;
2. Skilled in the use of standard office software;
3. Strong problem solving and implementation skills;
4. Meticulous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
5. Thai nationality or permanent resident in Thailand.
