Support the HR and administrative functions with administrative duties, including scheduling arrangements, travel reservations, and calendar management.
Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives or committees.
Attend meetings to record minutes and ensure proper documentation of proceedings.
Manage general office duties, including maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.
Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize as necessary.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Background and Experience:
A minimum of 1 experience in an administrative role. HR experience is not a requirement of the role
Comfortable dealing with managers of all nationalities.
Excellent time management skills and highly organized.
Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
