Job Description

• Analyze asset data and ensure that asset records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Compile documents related to asset transactions such as purchases, sales, disposals, and transfers.
• Transfer construction in progress to be fixed asset items.
• Record asset information in the system.
• Calculate monthly asset depreciation.
• Manage asset labeling.
• Prepare fixed asset register and related information for the related parties and support the periodic physical sight or audits of assets.
• Update asset policy and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax related.
• Offer advice and guidance to other departments regarding asset management and accounting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in fixed asset area, in the hospitality industry will be advantage
• Candidate should be able to work independently.
• Digital solution implementation skill
