General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the account strategy for business, sales KPI, sales execution to meet or exceed our business plan.
Get customer confident and trust, support to the customer to fulfill their KPIS, and keep our positioning in front our customer and again our competence.
Get and exceed customer satisfaction with quality and on time based on our commitments.
Ensure good understanding of customers’ requirements and current market information.
Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand.
Prepare and present proposal documentation according to customer requirement.
Monitor and improve transaction quality and Identify problem and risk existing in any LTC stages.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Science or related field of study, MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years sales experience in telecommunication industry with proven track record.
Familiar with international trading, international law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures etc.
High achiever who is ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-changing environment.
Resourceful, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
