JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager Assistant (AMA) to join our team and grow into a full-fledged Account Manager handling Japanese clients in the automotive domain. This role is ideal for candidates who:
• Are fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and confident in client communication
• Are looking to transition into a Sales / Account Management career path
• Are passionate about working in a global business environment with a focus on the Japanese market
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Senior Account Managers in
• Managing Japanese customer accounts (primarily in the automotive industry)
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Tracking project progress and ensuring regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Coordinating with technical and delivery teams in Vietnam to ensure service quality and delivery timelines
• Get hands-on training and exposure to automotive project operations in Vietnam
• Work closely with an experienced technical team.
• After the training phase (12–24 months), you will be assigned for long-term onsite engagement in Japan, taking on more ownership of client accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Japanese Language, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher; able to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, and calls with Japanese clients
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a desire to build a career in Sales/ Account Management
• Solid interpersonal skills: communication, problem-solving, teamwork
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Experience in software projects or industries like Automotive/ IT / Manufacturing is a big plus.
