Co-build the short, middle and long-term business strategy for the markets assigned with your manager (integrating the marketing plan developed by the Zone marketing manager) and ensure the transformation of these plan.
Design a clear Joint Business Plan with our distributor, set an ambition and support on the large account negotiations and spot the key growths driver for the development of our brands in the country.
Monitors the business indicators: sales forecasts/estimate, reporting, P&L, supply (no out of stock), crisis management, account receivables and ensure the execution of the action plan with the distributor to maximize the 4 Ps on the point of sales.
Responsible for delivering accurate forecast, collect sales figures from the distributors and provide quantitative and qualitative comments for the monthly report to the area manager.
Build a strong link between Danone, our distributor and key customers across all channels with dedicated focus on AFH – Travel Retail, Horeca and Convenience stores.
Be source of recommendations by identifying the SWOT of our business in all markets.
Cross functional interaction internally and externally with supply chain, finance and marketing functions.
Participation to regional project creation: Elaboration of AFH strategy, development of specific activation, Route to market projects etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
At least 5-7 years work experience in a commercial environment, preferably FMCG, particularly Beverages
