Duties And Responsibilities
- Be in charge of all Conicle’s design works and processes
- Research and analyze product and graphic design trends and principles to stay relevant in today’s and tomorrow’s design landscape
- Understand user’s needs, behavior, and insight with empathy and customer’s centric mindset
- Define key design identity related to user’s insight, behavior, and trends
- Setup core design concept and brand identity related to Conicle’s brand DNA
- Setup product design guidelines and principles related to brand design and concept
- Gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback in collaboration with business and product teams before design the product
- Work with business and product teams to define and design Conicle’s product
- Plan tasks and timeline with product team, development team, and other related teams
- Design the product; both User Interface and User Experience (UI and UX)
- Build product specification with wireframe, mock up, prototyping, workflow, user journey, and product design
- Arrange and lead design review process with product team, development team, and other related teams
- Work with developer team to build the product and collaborate with QA tester team to confirm the right design of product
- Evaluate the result and performance of product in the design perspective
- Always improve and update product design to be related with today’s trend, and user’s behavior and insight for better and better user experience
- Also work on other design scope and works such as Ad, Keynote, Media, PR, Sales Materials, etc.
- Work on every other related design scope to champion the product, build a great brand experience, and win the user's heart
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Mobile-first design mindset is a must

- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and an acute focus on an impact
- Front-end knowledge, HTML, CSS or Programming skill is a plus
- Team Management is a must
Education And Experience
- Bachelor degree in any related field/ Interactive design, Arts and Design, Information, Business Computer, Computer technology, Design thinking
- At least 5 years of work experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in digital platform design, responsive web design, mobile application design, and brand identity design
- Experience in graphic design is a plus
Working Conditions & Special Requirements
- Proficient in graphic design software and programs such as Sketch, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Invision, Zeplin, App version (Design Controller), Figma, Adobe XD etc.
