Trust & Safety - English speaking

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management:
• Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
• Ensure adherence to updated client policies and guidelines.
• Issue Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues, and communicate findings to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community while maintaining adherence to client policies.
• Process Improvement:
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal role development.
• Sensitive Topics Engagement:
• Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics with the goal of maintaining community safety.

• Experience: Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
