Technical Delivery Manager (Java Spring Boot,Kotlin)

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Agile Delivery and Product Management.
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring the team is delivering demonstrable value on every iteration.
• Collaborate all cross-functional teams; business, discovery, delivery and IT team or related teams, across Krungsri group to deliver better services to our customers
• Lead agile & align practice within digital solution team and across team
• Improve and close gaps on E2E delivery process from design to implementation by collaborate closely with discovery and delivery team
• Coach and manage team and take full ownership of projects and assist in their professional development and delivery improved outputs.
• Improve and encourage knowledge sharing within team and across team
• Risk management with proven ability to establish approaches which continuously mitigate external and internal risks.
• Pro-actively research and determine industry best practices in software design and integration solutions
• Strong ability to leverage various reporting matrixes that provide project insight.
• Ability to analyze high complexity system with technical skill and able to recommend solution
• Contribute to the Community of Practice, leveraging a refined toolkit of best practices, collaboration tools, techniques, and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Has direct experience in Technical Solution, Technical Delivery or Tech Lead more than 5 year's experience.
• Solid experience background in Technical Solution and business perspective.
• Skilled, and proficient in handling documentation tasks and can take full responsibility for managing the team's various documents effectively.
• Experience in object-oriented development
• Knowledge of Mobile Platform Architectures, Microservices, REST/JSON
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Experience with unit and integration test automation tools such as Junit, Postman, Newman or equivalent tools
• Experience in using private or public API to integrate with mobile applications.
• Detailed oriented and result oriented.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a changing environment
• Self-managed, team and result oriented working style
• Open-minded and can-do attitude
• Capable of completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Agile environments and practices, such as Test Driven Development, Pair Programming and Continuous Integration and Delivery is plus.
