Conduct research to gather target user insights and design UX/UI solutions based on the design thinking process
Collaborate with developers to define and refine design requirements and specifications
Communicate design concepts through storyboards, process flow, and sitemaps
Develop creative concepts and ideas into wireframes, workflow diagrams, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience
Maintain a strong grasp of current design and technology trends and styles
Understand project requirements and translate the same to the deliverables with high level of creativity
Provide creative direction and design input for various projects
Assist in the creation and maintenance of design system, and UI specifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
3+ years of experience working with UX/UI design
Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively
Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
Knowledge of good ux design practices and relevant law and regulations
Self-initiative and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of design tasks
Flexible, embrace change, and can organize multi-task and shift priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure
Copywriting
Excellent command in English and Thai, both verbal and written
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with team members
Knowledge about and experience in AGILE, SCRUM methodologies is a plus
Front-end development principles and frameworks knowledge (such as HTML, CSS, etc.) is preferred but not required
