Identify potential user segments, uncover user pain points, and spot opportunities to drive subscription growth;
Lead product development initiatives to optimize user acquisition and improve funnel conversion;
Design and execute growth experiments, including paywall optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional testing;
Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and customer support teams to deliver user-centric monetization features (e.g., paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade prompts);
Define, monitor, and report on monetization metrics (acquisition, retention, churn, conversion rates, etc.) and leverage insights to inform product decisions;
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of monetization trends and best practices;
3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on monetization or user growth;
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user segmentation, conversion funnels, and pricing strategies;
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization abilities;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams;
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and data-driven decisionmaking.
