JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Staff member within the Consumer Communication Department (ATL) is crucial in implementing and overseeing brand communication plans across various digital platforms. This role is a key point of contact, connecting internal teams and external partners (agencies, production houses), ensuring strategies are in line with business objectives and budgets are managed efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning & Communication Implementation
• Understand and implement the brand communication strategy in all ATL and digital activities.
• Work closely with agencies to plan and execute effective digital communication and media campaigns.
• Collaborate with Internal Departments to review Marketing Plans and optimize communication touchpoints.
2. Digital Performance & KPI Management
• Regularly analyze and assess digital performance to guarantee effectiveness and alignment with KPIs.
• Monitor campaign KPI performance in cooperation with agencies.
• Offer actionable insights to enhance communication impact.
3. Production/ Execution Management
• Lead coordination with agencies, production houses, and internal departments for Cooking Program implementation, including:
• Menu creation and evaluation
• Production and shooting supervision
• Media planning, execution, and reporting
4. Budget Management
• Assume responsibility for budget management.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and accurate reporting.
