Senior Business Development Manager (Mart)

What you’ll do :

• Lead business direction - Profitability, fix the basic.
• Support & Coach team - improve team effectiveness.
• Set up fundamental practices and tools to ease team workload.
• Support partner on issues that help improve business overall.
• Develop strategy for assign partner for healthy & sustainable growth.
• Process data & providing an effective analysis, negotiate for better and mutual benefit.
• Identify opportunity to grow partner business while LM profitability.
• Acquire promotion, AW, and any others per campaign required.
• Improve partner shop, develop partner investment plan.
• Lead on board partner - end to end, coordinate with internal team to deliver result.

What you’ll need :

• At least 3+ years of experiences in business development, ad-tech, digital marketing solutions covering both performance and brand advertisement, or sales & marketing fields.
• Experience in lead role / P&L responsibility is a plus.
• Experience in campaign planning from marketing/media advertising agency is a plus.
• Ability to contribute at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Understand basic operation, claim process and technical knowledge.
• Strong analytic skill, communication & presentation skill and negotiation skill.
• Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result oriented.
• “CAN-DO” attitude, good manner, strong passion, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, responsibility, and team player.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Have an excellent command of spoken and written level of English.
