SAP Retail Functional Member

Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP Support in SAP-CAR/SAP-Retail Module.

• Focus on all sales interface to SAP CAR and SAP S/4Hana, SAP CAR Monitoring and Enhancement in SAP-CA/SAP-Retail.

• Resolve overall issue include performing analysis, recommend solution to resolve issues within the SAP CAR and SAP Retail module.

• Work closely with end users and vendor to troubleshoot SAP CAR-related issues, as well as to enhance existing SAP CAR functionality at the direction of the SAP Retail Functional Team Lead.

• Develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents of SAP-CAR module/SAP-Retail and support role-based profile changes, as required.

• Create documentations suitable for internal system control and end users which include functional and technical specification, Business Process Procedures, Quick Reference Guides and Training.

• Conducting Unit and System testing of SAP CAR and SAP Retail functional enhancements and development objects.

• Assist in testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes.

• Understanding of integration and relationship between SAP CAR Module and Other modules, especially as Retail, Merchandise, FI, CO, BI, SAP RE

• Other responsibilities as assigned by Functional Lead.

Qualifications:

• At Least 2 years of experience as an SAP CAR functional supported.

• At Least 3 years of experience as an SAP Retail functional supported.

• Experienced end-to-end SAP CAR implementation life cycles added advantage.

• Participation in all phases of SAP Retail implementation at least 1 full lifecycle added advantage.

• Expertise in SAP CAR and SAP Retail modules

• Prior experience with S/4HANA

• SAP Certification in relevant Retail or SAP CAR area an added advantage.

• Fast learner and self-starter.

• Strong written and oral presentation skills.

• Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships.

• Excellent organization and time management skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
