    Payroll and Benefits Advisor

    Position Details

    KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Follow up on Thailand payroll processes and contribute to the integration of our ADP system
    • Act as a contact person between our locations and ADP and
    • Check Time and Absence (Workday), payroll system (ADP Celergo), provident fund, and benefits and resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
    • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, promotions, job changes) and system upgrades
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and international policies
    • Liaise with auditors and support payroll tax audits
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
    • Calculate Sick leave report (weekly , Monthly ) support management .
    • Summary payroll month end report submit to Finance (Cost center, Accrue retirement & Bonus)
    • Summary Leave report & Overtime monthly report management team.
    • Coordinate payroll on time payment with finance and submit in the system (Revenue, SSO, Bank and Provident fund)
    • Keep employees individual personal data file (manual) for Government audit


    KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Seeking candidates with either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, significant practical experience in payroll advising, or over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in both Thai and English is required, as both languages are necessary for this role.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for efficiently managing payroll tasks and generating accurate reports
    • Advice to enhance organizational efficiency within Payroll.
    • Experience in an international organization is an advantage.
    • Experience with HCM systems such as Workday and ADP is an advantage.
    • Seeking candidates with strong time management skills, precision, and autonomy to maintain quality standards in the role of Payroll Adviser.
    • Effective communication as a payroll adviser is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and maintaining positive employee relations.
    • Knowledge about ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems.
