Operation Support

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist operation team with product packaging and preparation.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders for customers.
• Maintain and administer inventory control.
• Support with maintenance of logistics policies and procedures.
• Responsible for daily sale orders, preparing shipping documents, and arranging appropriate transportation for sale orders.
• Verify the accuracy of the store staff's product arrangements.
• Record transportation and stock transfer data in the Zort system completely and accurately.
• Check the receipt of goods from suppliers on workdays.
• At the end of the workday, review dispatched orders and update stock records in Excel.
• Record monthly flower sales data for government reporting.
• Report working hours for part-time employees.
• Report cash on delivery (COD) shipments with Kerry Express.
• Record revenue from in-store sales to report to accounting twice a month.
• Manage the purchase of consumables (tissues, paper, stationery, etc.).
