    Network Services Executive (Service Provider Coordinator)

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Service Provider Recruitment & Management: Actively identify, recruit, and onboard new service providers. Ensure they meet the company’s standards and are aligned with our service goals.
    • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, technicians, and suppliers. Negotiate agreements and ensure mutual success.
    • Field Operations & Support: Get hands-on by visiting service locations, resolving issues, and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards.
    • Network Expansion: Explore new territories to expand our service provider network and enhance our coverage in key areas.
    • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of service providers, offering training and support to help them excel.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service performance, cost efficiency, and provider effectiveness. Use data to drive continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in service provider management, network services, or similar roles.
    • Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in dealing with hands-on professionals.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to evaluate and manage service providers effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    • Willingness to travel and spend time in the field to meet with partners and explore new opportunities.
