Martech Platforms Solution Architect

Key responsibilities:

Martech Platform Expertise

• Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of major Martech platforms and their capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest developments and features across the Martech ecosystem.
• Provide expert-level guidance on platform selection, integration, and optimization.

Solution Architecture

• Design comprehensive Martech solutions that address complex client requirements.
• Develop detailed technical architectures for proposed solutions, considering data flow, integrations, and scalability.
• Create and present technical proposals, including system diagrams, data models, and integration plans.

Technical Sales Support

• Partner closely with sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle through technical expertise.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Address complex technical questions and concerns from prospects and clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with business development, data analytics, and CX technology teams to develop holistic solutions.
• Collaborate with platform providers' engineers and account executives on joint opportunities.
• Contribute technical insights to RFPs and client pitches.
• Customer Success and Innovation
• Advise on best practices for implementation and optimization of Martech solutions.
• Identify innovative applications of Martech platforms to solve unique client challenges.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies in the Martech space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, technical presales, or consulting roles within the Martech industry.
• Deep technical expertise in at least two major Martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, Tealium, Segment).
• Strong understanding of data management, customer data platforms, and marketing automation workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of API integrations, data modeling, and cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions at all levels of an organization.
• Strategic thinking with a balance of deep technical knowledge and business acumen.
• Certifications in relevant Martech platforms are highly desirable.
