Manager, Project & Demand Management

General Responsibilities

• Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
• Lead, monitor, report and update overall project portfolio progression; track resource utilization in ensuring projects meet objectives/timelines
• Facilitate project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations and translate into functional outcomes
• Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communications documentation as part of the project management activities
• Monitor and manage concurrent live projects ensuring across-the-board delivery against defined deliverables
• Ensure delivery of projects within timelines, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Plan, define and control budgeted time, project costs and ensure prompt billing for chargeable projects
• Define and develop processes and procedures for monitoring compliance within project management processes
• Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress
• Act as a gatekeeper for senior Client Managers and help extend project deliverables
• Become a sought after, in-house expert for selected industries/functions

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong knowledge in project management lifecycles or PMP-certified
• Demonstrate in-house consulting/project management skills with projects and manpower responsibilities
• Demonstrate project management as well as organizational skills and experience in managing large and complex projects across functions and/or geographies
• Proven advanced numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
